Loan of equipment

For your convenience, we offer free loans of baby carriers and extra cane seats. Ask our security and reception staff.

Magnetic induction loop

Our reception desks/ticket offices are equipped with magnetic induction loops for the hearing impaired.

If you have lost something, please contact our receptionists onsite.

Book and gift shop

Discover a wide selection of books, toys and merchandise at the museum's book and gift shop. Accessible during museum opening hours.

Toilets and changing tables

The museum is equipped with toilets and a changing table in the sanitary facilities. Toilets are also available along the tour itinerary.

A relaxation area with beverage dispensers is at your disposal. Picnic tables are available in the Citadel grounds, near the ball park.

Access

Citadelle de Port-Louis - 56290 Port-Louis. There is a car park near the Citadel. There is a car park accessible to people with reduced mobility in front of the Citadel’s entrance.
